Fast-rising QC rapper 24Heavy has shared his new album Now Or Never. The 12 track offering is the triumphant next chapter for one of Quality Control Music’s most promising young stars. For the album, 24Heavy called on several close collaborators for heavyweight features from Quavo, Lil Keed, and his late, beloved labelmate Marlo. Alongside the album, 24Heavy shared a new video for the pensive track “Toxic”. The timely video sees 24Heavy deliver melancholic verses between a jail cell and a courtroom as he watches defendants receive their sentences.
Born and raised in West Side Vine City aka The Bluff, Heavy was highly influenced by the hip hop culture in Atlanta. Growing up with some of today’s most exciting up and coming artists including YFN Lucci, Ralo, Joe Gifted, Young Scooter, and Nick Grant, 24Heavy still remembers recording some of his early music at YFN Lucci’s house. In 2018, Heavy dropped his album Safe Mode. The album introduced the hip hop world to 24Heavy’s honest bars and demonstrated his untapped potential, which led to a record deal with one of the foremost voices in culture, Quality Control Music. In 2020, 24Heavy dropped the aptly-named project Pandemic, with a slew of hard-hitting features from Lil Baby, Young Thug, Gunna, Rylo Rodriguez, Marlo, Lil Keed, and Y&R Mookey. With Now Or Never, 24Heavy is ready for his turn in the spotlight.
