The Adidas brand is a staple in footwear especially the Shell Toe Adidas. This specific shoe became more popular when seen worn by the legendary rap group Run-D.M.C., which was founded in 1981 also the year a star was born…. Me! The American trio made up of Joseph Simmons, who go by Rev. Run, Jason Mizell, who goes by Jam Mater Jay and Darryl Mcdaniel also known as Easy D. The iconic rap group was known for their flashy lifestyle and love of Adidas. After the hit song back in 1986 “My Adidas” The rap trio was later endorsed by Adidas with its many different designs and styles.
